Return and Refund Policy – Home and Kitchen Products
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used kitchen tools or utensils
- Opened food-related storage items
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue along with the order details.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
4. Return Process
- Send a return request with order details, product photos, and reason for return to:

- Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions for the return will be provided.
- The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
5. Refund Process
- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method or another suitable method if required.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered.
- If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, the return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, but the return process can be followed after delivery.
